I realise that won't work for everyone, the best I can do is direct you to murklin's bookmarklets which will replace format light with the style setting of your choice. If you save them into your bookmarks bar, it's relatively efficient/easy to use.
We do hope to have options for both available if we can get an automated script going, but that has hit a roadblock as we've lost the person who was going to script it for us! If you know anyone with the know how, please send them our way.
