We try to keep the criteria vague, so as to include as much meta as possible, and we tend to include submitted meta, even if it's not the kind of thing we would usually simply because it was reader submitted.

It looks like your submission got missed somehow, I can't see any reason it wouldn't have been included, so I think it was just a mistake on our part. I'm really sorry. I've marked the email unread in the inbox, so it should be included next week!
